Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Develop comprehensive data models and visualizations using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during night-shift handovers for seamless project execution
- Document workflows, user stories, and test cases in agile environments
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during evening hours to align on strategic initiatives
- Optimize ETL processes and maintain data integrity across enterprise systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work preference
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC frameworks
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for after-hours stakeholder engagement
- Experience with API integration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, deadline-driven environments
