- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and documentation for overnight operations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during off-hours to align project objectives
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for night shift efficiency
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational bottlenecks during low-traffic periods
- Implement and optimize data validation protocols for overnight data pipelines
- Coordinate with global teams during overlapping time zones for seamless integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in business analysis with night shift or remote work
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
