Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Collaborate with development teams to implement system enhancements
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance analytics to leadership
- Document and communicate findings through clear visualizations and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and requirement management systems
