- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows and data models
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Support system testing and user acceptance during night shift deployment windows
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience in process mapping and requirements gathering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for asynchronous collaboration
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) a plus
