Responsibilities
- Analyze nightly operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Create detailed requirement documents and user stories for development teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during night shift hours to align on project goals
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for implementation
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational challenges and propose solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst with night shift or remote work background
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
