Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data trends during overnight shifts to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including requirements, workflows, and process maps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards reporting on KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops across global time zones
- Support system testing and validation during off-peak hours
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience documenting requirements using UML or BPMN
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
