Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data requirements to drive system improvements
- Document user stories, workflows, and technical specifications using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with offshore development teams during overlapping hours (India/Europe)
- Conduct UAT testing and validate solutions against business requirements
- Generate performance metrics and KPI dashboards for executive review
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops during overnight hours
- Support incident resolution and root cause analysis for production systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional written communication for technical documentation
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA)
