Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during evening hours to gather requirements
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting systems
- Present findings to leadership teams through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or remote settings
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder engagement
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
