Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during overnight hours to deliver real-time solutions
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track operational performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success criteria
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot system issues during peak operational windows
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) for night shift teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence decisions remotely
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile) preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements for complex enterprise systems
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-peak hours
