Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain detailed data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings during night shift hours to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues and implement data-driven corrective actions
- Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing for new initiatives
- Generate comprehensive documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift or remote work exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements gathering and process modeling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence documentation
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
