Key Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily corporate operations, logistics, and administrative tasks during the night shift.
- Coordinate with morning teams to ensure seamless handover of critical projects and data.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and filing systems.
- Monitor office facilities, security systems, and IT infrastructure remotely to ensure a safe working environment.
- Resolve urgent operational issues and escalations with minimal supervision.
- Prepare and distribute nightly operational reports to senior management.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of temporary night staff or contractors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate administration, office management, or a related field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
