Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain corporate network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for enterprise systems
- Execute system updates, patches, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ITIL-compliant systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operational continuity
- Manage server administration and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Respond to critical incidents with 15-minute SLA adherence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate IT infrastructure experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with enterprise-level monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site calls
