Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift operations, including inventory management and logistics coordination
- Lead a team of 10+ technicians and support staff through daily performance metrics
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Act as primary after-hours escalation point for critical client and vendor communications
- Ensure compliance with corporate security protocols and safety regulations
- Generate and analyze performance reports for executive leadership review

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate operations or night shift leadership
