Responsibilities
- Oversee 24/7 operations center activities during night shift, ensuring KPI targets are met
- Coordinate with global teams across time zones for seamless handovers and process continuity
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage emergency response protocols and incident resolution for critical systems
- Develop and mentor night shift staff through structured performance coaching
- Generate executive dashboards and operational reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with SOX and ISO 27001 security standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate operations management
- 3+ years of night shift leadership experience in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management
- Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams across time zones
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or Project Management (PMP)
