Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily corporate operations during the night shift to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics for incoming shipments during off-hours.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure alignment on pending tasks and urgent issues.
- Perform data entry, generate reports, and maintain accurate digital records of all night operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols and compliance standards at all times.
- Handle customer service inquiries and internal support tickets received after hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate operations, logistics, or administrative support.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts and maintain high energy levels.
