Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume client inquiries and resolve complex corporate account issues during night hours.
- Oversee daily logistics and ensure the seamless handover of operations to the day shift team.
- Maintain and update accurate records in Salesforce and internal databases.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate nightly operational reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve night shift workflows and efficiency.
- Provide Tier 2 technical and administrative support to corporate partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate customer support or operations.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) with high reliability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional written/verbal communication abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
