Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 enterprise network infrastructure including servers, cloud platforms, and security systems
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve critical IT issues during night shift hours
- Implement and optimize backup/recovery systems for global data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and security patches
- Document all technical procedures and incident reports with precision
- Provide remote technical support to international offices during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of enterprise infrastructure administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, AWS/Azure, and network security protocols
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong problem-solving abilities with on-call experience
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
