Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly IT infrastructure operations including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 night shift technical specialists
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols for overnight data protection
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and incident response protocols
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance
- Document all operational procedures and compliance reports
- Collaborate with day-shift leadership for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in IT operations management with night shift experience
- Expertise in AWS/Azure, network security, and server administration
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
- CompTIA Security+ and CISSP certifications required
- Experience with ITIL framework and compliance standards (SOX/HIPAA)
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure overnight environments
