Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain mission-critical financial systems during overnight hours
- Execute system backups, patches, and upgrades during off-peak periods
- Respond immediately to security alerts and operational incidents
- Collaborate with global teams across APAC and EMEA time zones
- Document procedures and optimize operational workflows
- Conduct daily health checks of cloud infrastructure and databases
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT operations or cybersecurity
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and AWS/Azure environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with financial systems compliance (SOX, PCI-DSS)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network and application issues
