Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud systems during night shift hours
- Provide Tier-2/3 technical support for enterprise applications and hardware
- Execute cybersecurity protocols including vulnerability scans and incident response
- Document system performance metrics and create improvement reports
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on system updates and project deployments
- Manage user access controls and security compliance audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT operations or systems administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, AWS/Azure, and network protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills with enterprise hardware/software
- Ability to work independently during night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with ITIL framework and ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
