Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain global IT infrastructure during overnight hours
- Execute system patches, updates, and security protocols
- Troubleshoot critical server/network outages within SLA timelines
- Document incident reports using ServiceNow platform
- Coordinate with offshore teams for seamless handovers
- Perform proactive system health checks and capacity planning
- Manage backup/recovery processes for enterprise databases
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT operations or NOC environments
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization (VMware)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for incident reporting
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (Monday-Friday)
