Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 enterprise systems including cloud infrastructure, network security, and server operations
- Execute proactive system maintenance, patching, and performance optimization during off-peak hours
- Provide Tier 3 support resolution for critical incidents across global IT environments
- Document technical procedures, create runbooks, and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with APAC and EMEA teams during handover periods for seamless operations
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Lead disaster recovery drills and business continuity planning exercises
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations or system administration
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), virtualization (VMware), and Linux/Windows environments
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent IT service management experience
- Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Nagios, Datadog)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shift
- Valid US driver's license for occasional on-site equipment maintenance
