Responsibilities
- Manage and process high-volume inbound customer inquiries and orders during the night shift.
- Monitor and update internal databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the morning shift team to facilitate a seamless handover of daily operations.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on departmental outputs and reports.
- Assist in logistics planning and inventory reconciliation processes.
- Resolve complex issues using company policies and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate operations, customer support, or logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
