The Role
As the Night Shift Operations Manager, you will be the face of our overnight business, ensuring that all corporate objectives are met with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily execution of night shift protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of operations staff during evening hours.
- Monitor real-time data streams to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate morning handover meetings with day shift leadership to ensure continuity.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve operational issues independently.
- Enforce strict safety and compliance regulations within the facility.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in a 24/7 environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams during night shifts.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Must be willing to work rotating night schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
