Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the night shift team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all corporate protocols and safety standards are met.
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with day shift management to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve operational bottlenecks independently.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for night staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a related corporate field.
- Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
