Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ employees to ensure peak performance during night operations.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with corporate policies.
- Coordinate with Day Shift leadership to ensure seamless transition of operations and inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues independently.
- Conduct nightly shift briefings and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and staff attendance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Proven leadership experience in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
