Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the night shift team to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10+ employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to drive performance.
- Handle complex escalations and client issues with a focus on rapid, effective resolution.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Conduct shift briefings and handovers to the day shift leadership team to ensure continuity.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new night shift staff members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams during night shifts or in high-volume environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
