Responsibilities
- Oversee daily corporate operations during the night shift to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed performance reports.
- Handle complex client escalations and resolve critical issues with urgency.
- Coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure a smooth handover of information.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on team outputs.
- Lead and mentor a small team of support specialists.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate operations or customer success.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
