- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems during overnight hours, ensuring 99.99% uptime
- Execute proactive system maintenance, patching, and optimization tasks
- Respond to and resolve critical alerts with SLA-driven precision
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional projects
- Document incident reports and create detailed operational procedures
- Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks
- Lead emergency response protocols during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations or infrastructure management
- Expertise in Linux/Windows server administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and security protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Linux+, etc.) preferred
- Previous night shift experience highly desirable
