Responsibilities
- Direct the daily activities of the night shift team, ensuring all operational goals and KPIs are met.
- Monitor production processes and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Foster a safe and inclusive work environment, conducting nightly safety briefings and compliance checks.
- Review shift reports and data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for night shift staff, resolving issues and providing mentorship.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or a related corporate field.
- Previous experience leading night shift teams is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
