Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise technology deployments during night shift hours
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, infrastructure specialists, and business stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to day-time operations
- Implement Agile methodologies to deliver iterative solutions on accelerated schedules
- Monitor project budgets and KPIs, providing weekly status reports to executive leadership
- Foster a collaborative culture among distributed night shift teams across global locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift or 24/7 operations
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expert proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale infrastructure deployments
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management across all levels
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure during off-peak hours
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in fast-paced environments
