Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation during night shift operations
- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile methodologies to achieve project milestones
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budgetary constraints
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and stakeholder communications across time zones
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards during off-hours
- Generate comprehensive project reports for executive leadership review
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for smooth handover and continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high-pressure decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities for remote teams
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT or infrastructure projects
