Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise technology implementations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, QA, and infrastructure departments
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA tools
- Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting during night shift hours
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives for distributed teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/tech environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience leading night shift or global distributed teams
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management software (JIRA, Asana)
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
