Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Coordinate agile sprints across global teams using Jira and Confluence
- Manage stakeholder communications across 3 time zones via virtual standups
- Execute risk mitigation strategies for critical path dependencies
- Optimize resource allocation using Microsoft Project and Asana
- Drive continuous improvement through post-mortem analysis
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards during off-hours operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift or rotational roles
- PMP or CSM certification mandatory
- Expertise in scaling Agile/Scrum methodologies for distributed teams
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise software projects on time
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills for global stakeholder management
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration in DevOps environments
