Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles during night shift operations (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Implement Agile methodologies to deliver complex technical projects
- Manage project risks, budgets, and resource allocation for night-specific workflows
- Generate real-time progress reports using Jira and Asana platforms
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives for distributed teams
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security protocols during off-hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/tech environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record leading night shift or global teams
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in project management tools
