Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for overnight operations, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, QA, and infrastructure during night shifts
- Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize workflow and sprint planning
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for overnight project challenges
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications during night hours
- Manage project documentation, resource allocation, and budget tracking
- Drive continuous improvement processes for overnight project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift operations
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies for complex technical projects
- Exceptional communication skills with experience leading remote/distributed teams
- Strong analytical abilities for risk assessment and data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Experience in Detroit's tech or manufacturing sector highly valued
