Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or technical field (PMP or CSM certification required)
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with night shift or 24/7 operations background
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management software (Jira, Asana)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with experience in crisis management during off-hours
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making in resource-constrained environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience managing budgets over $500K and vendor relationships
