Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise systems during night shifts
- Coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders across 3 time zones
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for sprint planning and retrospectives
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for critical path activities
- Generate executive dashboards and progress reports for leadership review
- Mentor junior PMs and foster team development in remote environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT project management with night shift experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with cloud migration (AWS/Azure) deployments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
