Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Coordinate with international teams across 3 time zones to ensure 24/7 operational continuity
- Implement Agile methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans for critical infrastructure projects
- Generate executive dashboards and progress reports for daily stakeholder briefings
- Mentor junior PMs and foster collaborative team environments during off-hours
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security protocols during night operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with PMP or CSM certification
- Proven track record managing enterprise-scale technology deployments in 24/7 environments
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for night shift workflows
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills for global team coordination
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies in regulated industries
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure during system outages
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting overnight operational data
