Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for global infrastructure initiatives
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across 3 time zones
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence
- Manage $2M+ budgets and track KPIs using MS Project
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Stakeholder communication with C-suite executives
Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience in tech/manufacturing
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record in 24/7 operational environments
- Expertise in resource allocation and conflict resolution
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Trello
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science
- Experience with ISO 9001 compliance processes
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
