Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Coordinate resources across global teams using JIRA and Microsoft Teams
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews for distributed stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and report progress to executive leadership
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with night shift or remote teams
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong experience with cross-functional team coordination
- Exceptional problem-solving and risk management skills
- Proven ability to lead projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Excellent written communication for asynchronous collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
