Responsibilities
- Oversee end-toend project lifecycles from planning to execution for cross-functional teams
- Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives) during night shift hours
- Implement PMBOK methodologies to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Communicate progress to stakeholders across global time zones
- Mentor junior team members in project management best practices
- Utilize Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for workflow management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with PMP certification
- Proven track record leading technology projects in 24/7 environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and collaboration tools
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
