Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles during night shifts, ensuring on-time delivery of cloud infrastructure deployments
- Coordinate with APAC and EMEA teams for seamless handovers and cross-regional alignment
- Implement JIRA/Confluence workflows for real-time progress tracking and documentation
- Conduct daily stand-ups and risk mitigation reviews with offshore development teams
- Manage $1M+ budgets using Microsoft Project and resource allocation tools
- Champion agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) during off-hours
- Generate executive dashboards for morning leadership reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech, with 2+ years in night shift or rotational schedules
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Atlassian Suite
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level SaaS deployments
- Advanced stakeholder management skills across global timezones
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, and Asana
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
