Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for critical infrastructure deployments during night shift hours
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 3 time zones to ensure seamless execution of technical deliverables
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while adapting to rapidly changing project requirements
- Develop detailed project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation models
- Monitor project KPIs using Jira and Confluence, providing daily status reports to stakeholders
- Lead incident response and change management processes during operational hours
- Mentor junior team members through formal knowledge transfer sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift/remote operations
- PMP or CSM certification required with demonstrable agile implementation success
- Expertise in managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructure or software development projects
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in 24/7 operational environments
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience in high-pressure scenarios
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for global stakeholder engagement
