Responsibilities
- Coordinate project execution during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM) including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for enterprise software deployments
- Facilitate communication between global teams across different time zones
- Monitor project health using Jira, Confluence, and Asana while maintaining accurate documentation
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive issue resolution and contingency planning
- Lead stakeholder communications including daily briefings and weekly status reports
- Maintain quality standards through rigorous testing protocol enforcement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or software development
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven experience managing remote teams and cross-functional projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget management and ROI tracking
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
