Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for critical infrastructure and software deployments during overnight shifts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Security) across multiple time zones
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Monitor KPIs and project performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Communicate progress, roadblocks, and successes to executive leadership via morning briefings
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2) during off-hour operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management with 2+ years in night shift or 24/7 operations
- PMP or CPM certification required; Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Proven track record leading complex IT infrastructure or SaaS deployment projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in stakeholder management across all levels
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure during off-hours
- Must be authorized to work in the US and reside within 30 miles of Houston
