Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for night shift operations
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with distributed teams
- Implement Agile methodologies to track progress using JIRA and Confluence
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining strict compliance with SLAs
- Coordinate with global stakeholders across time zones for seamless handovers
- Generate comprehensive project documentation including status reports and risk assessments
- Mentor junior team members on project management best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing technology projects with PMP or Agile/Scrum certification
- Proven track record leading night shift or remote teams in a 24/7 environment
- Expertise in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
