Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure during night shift hours.
- Bridge the communication gap between the night operations team and the day shift leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks in real-time to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation for overnight teams.
- Conduct daily stand-ups and performance reviews with the night shift staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Generate detailed reports on night shift productivity and project status.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, Logistics, or Operations.
- Strong experience working successfully in a rotating shift or night shift environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in project management software (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-shift collaboration.
