We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Night Shift Project Manager to lead our operational teams in New York, NY. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of night-shift projects, from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies in real-time.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and report on key performance indicators.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency during overnight operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within logistics, operations, or IT.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 operational environment with a focus on night shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project).
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
