As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our logistics strategies, ensuring that our supply chain remains seamless and our clients receive world-class service. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, managing budgets, and leading a diverse team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily corporate operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the annual operating budget, including forecasting and strict cost-control measures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics and administrative staff.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic goals and operational roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Masterās preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, logistics, or corporate administration.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
